Embassy Visa Required
Cambodia Visa for Pakistani Citizens
Pakistani travellers cannot apply for the Cambodia eVisa online. Cambodia requires Pakistani passport holders to apply for a visa directly through a Cambodian embassy or consulate. We do not currently offer assistance for embassy-issued visas — please contact your nearest Cambodian embassy or consulate for the most current application requirements.

Cambodia visa options for Pakistani citizens
No — Pakistani passport holders cannot use the Cambodia eVisa, and visa on arrival is not available either. The Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs excludes Pakistan from both schemes, so the only way to obtain a Cambodia visa is to apply at the nearest Cambodian embassy before you travel — for Pakistani nationals the practical regional mission is the Cambodian Embassy in Bangkok, as there is no Cambodian post in Islamabad. Our service is personal assistance — we prepare your embassy document pack, advise on the Karachi KHI, Lahore LHE or Islamabad ISB via Bangkok Don Mueang DMK routing and book the appointment.
Embassy-issued Cambodia tourist visas must be arranged ahead of your trip, and fees and processing times are set by each embassy — confirm with your nearest Cambodian mission (currently the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in New Delhi, India). You'll need a passport valid for 6+ months and supporting documents such as proof of onward travel.
What you'll typically need for your embassy application:
Valid Pakistani passport (6+ months from arrival)
Passport-style photos (per embassy specs)
Completed embassy visa application form
Return or onward travel ticket
Proof of accommodation in Cambodia
Apply early — embassy processing varies, so build in time before you fly. You'll also need to complete the mandatory e-Arrival form online within 7 days before landing, separately from your embassy visa.

Why you're going
Things to Do in Cambodia for Pakistani Travelers
Pakistani travellers to Cambodia split into three main groups: tourists drawn to Angkor Wat as part of the Bangkok-Cambodia-Vietnam ASEAN circuit, textile and garment buyers auditing Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville factories that supply European retailers, and family visitors connecting to the small Pakistani diaspora in Phnom Penh. With your embassy visa secured, the classic itinerary is Siem Reap for 3-4 days at Angkor Wat, Bayon, Ta Prohm and Banteay Srei, then Phnom Penh for the Royal Palace, the National Museum and the Russian Market. Halal food and Pakistani-Indian restaurants are widely available in Phnom Penh's BKK1 district and around Boeung Kak in Siem Reap.

Pro tips
Cambodia Travel Tips for Pakistani Citizens
Practical advice from travellers who've been — currency, connectivity, weather, and the eVisa print rule that catches everyone out at Cambodian immigration.
Currency
US dollars are accepted almost everywhere alongside Cambodian Riel. You do not need to exchange currency before flying — small change comes back in Riel.
Best time to visit
November to April (dry season). May to October brings monsoon rains — southern coastal regions are most affected. November to February is the sweet spot for Angkor Wat.
Connectivity
Buy a local SIM at Phnom Penh or Siem Reap airport ($2–3 USD). Most foreign phones work on GSM. Metfone and Smart are the recommended carriers — both have airport kiosks.
Health
No mandatory vaccinations. Hepatitis A and Typhoid are commonly recommended. Drink bottled water only — even in major hotels. Carry mosquito repellent for evening visits to temples.
Print your eVisa
Print 2 copies of your approved eVisa on A4 paper. Cambodian immigration does NOT accept mobile screenshots. We email PDF-ready files with print instructions.

Can Pakistani citizens get a Cambodia eVisa or visa on arrival?
No — neither the eVisa nor visa on arrival is available to Pakistani passport holders. You must apply for your Cambodia visa at the nearest Cambodian embassy before travelling. Pakistan is on Cambodia's restricted-nationality list, so applying in advance at the Royal Cambodian Embassy in Bangkok or Beijing is the only way to obtain a tourist or business visa.
How do Pakistani citizens apply for a Cambodia visa?
Apply at the nearest Cambodian embassy before you travel — the Royal Cambodian Embassy in Bangkok is the closest mission for Pakistani nationals, as there is no Cambodian post in Islamabad. Submit your Pakistani passport, one passport-sized photo, the visa application form, a confirmed onward or return ticket and a hotel booking. The embassy pastes a sticker visa into your passport before departure.
How much is the Cambodia visa fee for Pakistani citizens?
The tourist (T) and business (E) visa fees are set by each Cambodian embassy, so confirm the current amounts with your nearest mission when you book your appointment.
What documents do Pakistani citizens need for a Cambodia embassy visa?
ℹ️ Disclaimer: The total cost includes the official government fee paid to the Royal Government of Cambodia, plus our processing fee for expert application processing and 24/7 support. VisaToCambodia is an independent service — not affiliated with the Government of Cambodia. Applicants may also apply directly through the official Cambodian government portal at the base government rate.
Getting around
Tuk-tuks are everywhere — agree the fare first. The PassApp and Grab apps give metered, cashless rides in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Domestic flights link the major cities.
A Pakistani passport valid for at least six months with two blank pages, one 4x6 cm passport-style photo, the embassy visa application form, a confirmed onward or return ticket, a hotel booking for the first nights, and a completed Cambodia e-Arrival form. Carry proof of funds and a printed itinerary — the embassy often asks for them.
Is visa on arrival available to Pakistani passport holders?
No. Visa on arrival is not available to Pakistani passport holders at airports or land borders. The Royal Cambodian Embassy in Bangkok routinely issues tourist visa stickers for Pakistani residents on the Karachi-Bangkok-Phnom Penh route, and an embassy sticker visa is the only valid route into Cambodia.
How long can Pakistani citizens stay in Cambodia?
An embassy-issued tourist visa allows a single entry and a stay of up to 30 days from arrival. The tourist (T) visa can be extended once inside Cambodia for another 30 days through the General Department of Immigration in Phnom Penh.
What is the Cambodia e-Arrival form for Pakistani travellers?
The Cambodia e-Arrival form is the mandatory digital arrival declaration for every air arrival, including Pakistani passport holders who hold an embassy visa. Submit it free at arrival.gov.kh within seven days before flying. It replaces paper immigration, customs, and health cards — but it is not a visa.
Can Pakistani citizens enter Cambodia at land borders like Poipet or Bavet?
Only with a pre-issued embassy visa. Visa on arrival is not available to Pakistani passport holders at any airport or at land borders such as Poipet (Thai side) and Bavet (Vietnamese side), so you must arrange your sticker visa at the Cambodian embassy in Bangkok before any air or overland entry.
Cambodia Visa for Pakistani Citizens — Apply at the Embassy
The eVisa and visa on arrival aren't available for Pakistani passport holders. Cambodia has no embassy in your country — apply at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in New Delhi, India.
