Government fees are non-refundable once your application is submitted to the Cambodian consular department. Our processing fee may be partially refundable before submission. Rejected applications are not refunded — government processing has already occurred.

What if my Cambodia visa is rejected — do I get a refund?

Can I change the dates on my Cambodia eVisa?
Cambodia eVisas are not tied to specific travel dates — they are valid for 3 months from issue and allow up to 30 days of stay. Use it any time in the validity window without changing or amending dates.
What if I overpaid or got charged twice for my Cambodia visa?
Contact our team immediately with both transaction IDs. We refund duplicate charges within 5-10 business days back to the original card. Stripe sometimes pre-authorises and releases — check your statement after 7 days before flagging.
Can I get a refund if I miss my flight to Cambodia?
Your Cambodia eVisa remains valid for 3 months from issue — a missed flight does not invalidate it. Rebook within that window and use the same approved eVisa. No refund is needed because the visa is still usable.
How long do Cambodia visa refunds take to process?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 1-3 business days to clear the funds. Total time: typically under 2 weeks.
Can I dispute a Cambodia visa charge with my bank?

Do I get a refund if I am denied entry to Cambodia?
