The Cambodia e-Arrival Card is checked on arrival at Cambodia’s three international airports. Here is where each one is, what happens at immigration, how the smart gates and the v-Pass fit in, and exactly what to have in your hand.

It is checked on arrival at Cambodia’s three international airports: Techo International (KTI) in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap Angkor International (SAI) and Sihanoukville International (KOS). At immigration, show your passport, your e-Arrival QR code and your visa if you need one. Eligible passport holders at Techo International can use automated smart gates.
You file the Cambodia e-Arrival Card before you travel, but it does its job when you arrive. At immigration, your QR code is scanned to pull up the declaration you submitted, and it is read alongside your passport and, if you need one, your visa. It is the digital replacement for the arrival card, health form and customs slip that used to be handed in on paper.
The official e-Arrival system lists three checkpoints, all of them international airports. This guide covers each one, what the arrivals process looks like, and what you should have in your hand when you reach the front of the queue.

Techo International Airport has automated arrival and departure smart gates. They are open to holders of eligible passports. According to the official e-Arrival system, eligible passports include those of Cambodia and the other ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Brunei and Timor-Leste), China, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, India, Macao SAR, South Korea, the United States, Australia, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
The official system publishes short video demonstrations of how to use the arrival and departure gates. Whether or not you use a gate, file your e-Arrival Card before you fly and have the QR code ready.

Cambodia now issues arriving visitors a v-Pass by email in place of the ink stamp that used to go in the passport. The v-Pass is retrieved using your passport information or your e-Arrival QR code, which is one more reason to keep the QR code safe after you land.
The e-Arrival Card can only be filed in the 7 days before you land, and it needs to match your passport exactly. If you would rather not leave either to chance, we can file it for you.
We file the Cambodia e-Arrival Card on your behalf, checked against your passport, and email you the QR code: $20 Standard within 24 hours, $35 Rush within 2 hours, or $60 Super Rush within 15 minutes, per traveller.
If you need a visa and have not got one yet, you can apply for the Cambodia eVisa online: Tourist $80 USD or Business $90 USD, approved in 3–5 days.
