Cambodia e-Arrival Card for British Families Travelling with Children

How to file cards for the whole family

1. 1
Gather every passport in one place

Copy from the documents, not from memory or old booking confirmations.

2. 2
   7-दिन की विंडो का इंतज़ार करें

Cards can only be filed within 7 days of your arrival date in Cambodia. Aim for 2 to 4 days before you fly.

3. 3
File one card per passport, in a fixed order

Oldest to youngest works well, so nobody is missed or done twice.

4. 4
Check the identity fields on each card

Compare name, passport number and date of birth with the passport in front of you before submitting.

5. 5
Save and label every QR code

Save each code under the traveller’s name and print a set to keep with the passports.

Or let us do it: you can start your e-Arrival application for the whole family in one order, priced per traveller, and we check each card against that person’s passport before filing it.

School holidays and the 7-day window

Most British families travel in the school holidays. Christmas and February half-term fall in Cambodia’s cooler, drier months of November to February, and October half-term comes at the tail end of the rainy season. School holiday trips are often booked a long way ahead, but the e-Arrival Card cannot be filed until the final week, which tends to be the busiest week of term.

That is the gap a filing service fills. Book the cards with us whenever suits you, and we hold the details and file every card the moment your window opens, then email you the QR codes. You do not have to remember it in the middle of end-of-term concerts and packing.

Our Cambodia arrival card service is priced per traveller in US dollars, with the sterling equivalent on your statement: $20 Standard (24 hours), $35 Rush (2 hours) or $60 Super Rush (15 minutes). We do not need a photo, and free resubmission is included if Immigration flags a correction.

If you file with us and have not booked onward travel yet, our form lets you say “not booked yet” and we email you to add it later.

Children need a visa too

British passport holders need a visa for Cambodia, and that applies to children as well. Visas are not shared between parents and children, so each child needs their own, matched to their own passport. Sort the visas first, at least a week before you fly, and file the e-Arrival Cards last.

Our guide to the Cambodia visa for UK citizens covers the options. You can apply for the Cambodia eVisa online for each member of the family: Tourist $80 USD per traveller, approved in 3–5 days and delivered by email.

Landing with children

After a long journey from the UK with a connection on the way, nobody wants to scroll through a phone looking for the right QR code while a toddler melts down. A few habits make the immigration desk quick.

• Keep each passport with that person’s printed QR code and eVisa, so every set is complete.
• Keep the phone copies in one album, each screenshot named after the traveller.
• Approach the desk together, with all the passports and codes ready in hand.
• Arriving visitors now receive a v-Pass by email instead of a passport stamp, so keep the QR codes after you land too.
