A binding agreement between you and THE CLOUDOPS LTD, trading as VisaToCambodia. By using our service you accept these terms in full.
Effective: 20 May 2026Last updated: 20 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at visatocambodia.comand the Cambodia eVisa processing service offered through it (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by THE CLOUDOPS LTD, a Private Limited Company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17112198, with its registered office at Work.Life Manchester, Core 30, Brown Street, Manchester, England, M2 1DH, United Kingdom. THE CLOUDOPS LTD trades as VisaToCambodia. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to THE CLOUDOPS LTD, and “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing the Service.
By accessing the website, creating an order, submitting an application, or otherwise using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by the documents they reference, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to every visitor and customer regardless of location. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your own jurisdiction. We may amend these Terms from time to time as described in section 15; the Effective and Last Updated dates shown above always reflect the version currently in force.
Important — please read. VisaToCambodia is a private service operated by THE CLOUDOPS LTD. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Cambodia, and we are not an embassy, consulate, or government agency. You can apply for a Cambodia eVisa directly through the official government portal at evisa.gov.kh, paying only the official government fee with no service fee. When you apply with us instead, you pay a separate service fee on top of the government fee — and in return we make the whole process effortless: there is no embassy visit, and you do not need to arrange a flight ticket, hotel booking, or bank statement. You simply complete one short online form, and we review, prepare, and submit your application for you.
We help travellers apply for the Cambodia Tourist eVisa and Business eVisa by acting as an independent facilitator between you and Cambodian Immigration. We do not issue visas and we cannot guarantee any outcome. Our role is to make the application process simpler, faster, and less error-prone. The Service we provide includes the following:
Choosing to use VisaToCambodia is entirely optional. By proceeding you acknowledge that you understand the official direct option exists and that you have chosen to pay our service fee for the assistance described above.
To use the Service you must meet all of the following requirements:
The Service is available to applicants worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by applicable law or by Cambodian government policy. We reserve the right to decline any application that does not meet these eligibility requirements.
The application process is designed to be straightforward. When you use the Service, the following steps apply:
Approval is at the sole discretion of the Cambodian government. We submit and facilitate; we do not decide. We do not and cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, nor can we guarantee a specific processing time, as both are controlled entirely by Cambodian Immigration. A Cambodia eVisa is normally valid for three (3) months from the date of issue and permits a single stay of up to one (1) month.
The total amount you pay for an application is made up of two distinct, clearly separated components:
Our fees are set in US Dollars (USD). For your convenience, we may display the price in your local currency at checkout — this figure is an approximate equivalent based on the prevailing exchange rate, and the exact amount charged may vary slightly depending on the conversion rate applied by your bank or card issuer at the time of payment. Payment is required in full and upfront at the time you place your order, before we begin processing your application. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (see section 13).
Government fees and service fees are subject to change. Where a change affects you, we will display the current pricing before you complete checkout, and we will give reasonable notice of any material change. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed and agreed at the moment you submit payment.
The accuracy and success of your application depends heavily on the information you give us. You are responsible for:
We are not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate information you supply, by your failure to respond to our requests in time, or by your failure to meet entry requirements at the border.
It is essential that you understand the boundaries of what we can do. The following limitations apply to the Service:
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and which you should read in full before ordering. In summary, the government fee is generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted to Cambodian Immigration, because it is paid onward to the Royal Government of Cambodia. Eligibility for a refund of the service fee depends on the stage your application has reached and the circumstances involved.
To request a refund, you must follow the procedures set out in the Refund Policy and contact us at contact@visatocambodia.com. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within the timeframe stated in that policy.
All content on the website — including text, graphics, layouts, design elements, copy, source code, and compiled software — is owned by THE CLOUDOPS LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, database, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
The VisaToCambodia name, our logos, and our other brand marks are trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) owned by THE CLOUDOPS LTD. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them. Documents that you upload to the Service — such as your passport scan and photograph — remain your property; you grant us only the limited licence necessary to process your application and provide the Service.
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Our handling of personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
To deliver the Service, certain personal data that you provide — including data shared with the Cambodian government as a necessary part of the application — must be transmitted to Cambodian Immigration. By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to this transfer. As a data subject you have rights over your personal data, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection, which are explained, together with how to exercise them, in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, the following limitations apply:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THE CLOUDOPS LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your misuse of the Service; (b) any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide; or (c) your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law. This obligation survives the completion or termination of your use of the Service.
The Service relies on certain trusted third-party providers to function. These include Stripe for secure payment processing, Google Analytics for understanding website usage, and other providers identified in our Privacy Policy. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
While we choose our providers carefully, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, security practices, or content of any third party, and we do not endorse or assume liability for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the Service to any person at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent or false information has been submitted, or that the Service is being abused. Where we terminate the Service, any application already in progress will be assessed individually and handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You may cancel your order before processing begins. Your eligibility for a refund following cancellation is determined by our Refund Policy.
We may update or amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Service, in the law, or in government requirements. Where we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by posting a prominent notice on the website. The “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
Your continued use of the Service after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence, and you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable law so provides. Consumers in the European Union may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first at contact@visatocambodia.com so that we have the opportunity to resolve it. We aim to respond within 48 hours and to work with you in good faith towards a fair resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through mediation or arbitration before commencing court litigation, except where urgent injunctive relief is required. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and we agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and that any class, collective, or representative action is waived where such a waiver is legally enforceable. This section does not deprive consumers of any non-waivable statutory rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the rest of these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and THE CLOUDOPS LTD regarding your use of the Service, and they supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
