I head the Cambodia Airports & Arrivals desk at VisaToCambodia. I walked Techo International Airport (KTI) on opening day in September 2025 and have logged every queue time and process change at KTI, Siem Reap-Angkor International (SAI), and Sihanouk International (KOS) since. When the e-Arrival kiosk row at KTI changed from four positions to six, we knew because a traveller filed the change with our team the same afternoon. When SAI re-routed the on-arrival counter to the right-hand wall in February, we updated the airport walkthrough that night. The airport posts on this site exist because Australian travellers want to know what they're actually walking into at the gate — not what the official airport website said three years ago. I shoot a lot of photographs of immigration counters on my phone, which is precisely as charmless as it sounds. Off work I'm a quiet enthusiast for poorly-lit ramen shops.
