Let us start with the fact some filing services would rather you did not notice. The Cambodia e-Arrival Card itself is free. Cambodia does not charge travellers to submit it, and you can complete it yourself on the government’s own e-Arrival system or in its mobile app, without paying anyone.

The reason is simple: the service is worth paying for in some situations and not in others, and you can only judge which applies to you if you know the baseline is zero. Notice what does not change between the two columns: the card Immigration receives. A card filed through us is the same Cambodia e-Arrival Card as one you file yourself. The fee does not buy a different document or a faster lane at the airport. It buys the work and the risk of getting there.

Most problems at the immigration desk come from small mismatches between the card and the passport: a missing middle name, a swapped digit, a date typed month-first. We compare every detail with your passport before we file, so those mismatches are caught on our side rather than at the desk.

The e-Arrival Card cannot be filed until 7 days before you land. If you book your trip months ahead, that is a task you cannot do now and must remember to do in the busiest week before you travel. When you book with us early, we hold your details and file the moment the window opens.

If you are flying within hours, Rush ($35) delivers your QR code within 2 hours and Super Rush ($60) within 15 minutes, checked all the same. Standard ($20) delivers within 24 hours and suits anyone booking a day or more ahead.

Fixing it if something is flagged

If Immigration flags a correction on a card we filed, we resubmit it at no extra charge.
