Treat it as a major change and re-file the Card with the new arrival date before you reach Immigration. The kiosk compares the Card's arrival date against the date you physically walk through — if those do not match, the e-gate will pause you and divert to the manual desk. Re-filing inside the 7-day window is straightforward; the form takes 5–10 minutes if you reuse most of the shared fields from your original submission. Check the arrival time on your boarding pass in destination local time, not Sydney time.
Can I edit my submitted Cambodia e-Arrival Card on the portal?
No. The portal does not show an Edit button on a confirmed submission. Once the QR code has been issued by email, the Card is locked in the immigration database. The only way to change any detail — minor or major — is to file a fresh Card with the new information. The most recent submission for your passport number is what the kiosk reads, so a fresh submission effectively replaces the previous one for arrival purposes.
The airline rerouted me through Bangkok instead of Singapore. Does that affect my e-Arrival?
Not on its own. The stopover does not appear on the Card. What matters is the final arrival airport (KTI, SAI or KOS), the arrival date in local Cambodia time, and the passport number. If those are all unchanged, the rerouted stopover is invisible to Immigration. If the reroute pushes your arrival to a different airport or date, that is when you re-file. The Card does ask where the inbound flight departs from on its final leg — if that has changed and you want to be tidy, re-file, but it is not required for entry.
My flight got cancelled and rebooked to a different Cambodian airport. What now?
Major change — re-file the Card with the new airport before you arrive. KTI, SAI, and KOS are separate ports of entry and each kiosk expects the Card filed against that specific airport code. If the rebooking is so last-minute that you do not have connectivity, file from the airport WiFi as soon as you land but before clearing Immigration. Worst case, you are diverted to the manual desk where staff fill the Card by hand on the spot; carrying the original Card helps them see your prior submission and process the fix faster.
