They will verify your identity with a NetBank code or an app push, flip the setting while you are on the call, and confirm it is active. Retry the payment within 10 minutes from the same browser. Does NAB charge extra for Cambodia eVisa USD transactions?
NAB charges its standard 3% foreign-currency conversion fee on most credit products for any USD-denominated transaction, which works out to roughly $3.70 AUD on top of the $122 AUD equivalent for the Tourist eVisa. NAB does not levy any additional fee specifically for the Cambodia eVisa — it is the same 3% you would pay buying anything from a foreign online merchant. Will Apple Pay work if my Visa was declined?
Often, yes.
