Do you accept AmEx Business and AmEx Corporate cards?
Yes. AmEx Business (Gold, Platinum, Centurion) and AmEx Corporate (Green, Gold, Platinum) are accepted on our checkout with zero surcharge from us. Some smaller travel platforms add a 3% AmEx-only surcharge — we do not. The 3% FX fee that AmEx Australia applies on USD purchases is a separate bank-side charge and lands on the AmEx statement as a separate line item, not bundled into the visa charge.
Is the Cambodia eVisa fee GST-applicable for an Australian business?
No. Cambodia eVisa services are supplied by a non-Australian merchant (THE CLOUDOPS LTD as the operator, billed against a Cambodian-Immigration-routed transaction) and fall outside the GST net. The receipt explicitly notes the GST-free / out-of-scope treatment so your accountant does not need to follow up. The full amount is deductible as a staff-travel expense when the trip has a documented business purpose.
How long should we keep the receipt for ATO purposes?
Five years from the date the relevant tax assessment is lodged, under TR 2018/2 record-keeping rules for staff-travel expenses. Most finance teams set retention to seven years as a conservative posture. Our receipt PDF is timestamped, immutable, and retrievable from your cardholder dashboard for at least seven years after issue — so even if your records are lost we can re-supply on request.
