The remaining three items are quick. A clear scan or photo of your Australian passport bio page — both edges visible, no glare on the laminate, all the machine-readable text legible. What is NOT required (and why this surprises Aussies)

• No return flight ticket. Cambodian Immigration does not ask for proof of onward travel at the eVisa stage. You can apply with no flight booked and a tentative arrival date in your head.
• No onward ticket to a third country. Even if your itinerary is Sydney → Phnom Penh → land border to Vietnam, you do not need to prove the Vietnam side at the application stage.
• No hotel booking. The form asks for an intended address in Cambodia, but a hotel name and city is enough — no booking reference, no confirmation PDF, no nights-paid evidence.
• No bank statement. Cambodia does not ask for proof of funds for the eVisa. There is no minimum balance, no payslip request, and no employer letter.
• No itinerary. You do not need a day-by-day travel plan, a tour booking, or evidence of where you will be on day 7.
