Spotted a typo on your Cambodia e-Arrival Card after submitting it? You can correct it. Cambodia lets you edit and resubmit until Immigration processes you. Here is how to decide between editing, refiling and asking for help, and how long you have.

Yes. Cambodia lets you edit your e-Arrival Card and resubmit it as long as you have not been processed by Immigration. Edit the card for a small error; file a new one if it is on the wrong passport or for the wrong trip. Do it before you fly, then save the QR code again.
It is one of the most common messages any e-Arrival filing team receives: “I think I got something wrong on my card.” A middle name left off, a passport number with two digits swapped, a flight that changed after filing. If that is you, the first thing to know is that the Cambodia e-Arrival Card is designed to be corrected. Cambodia’s own guidance is that you may edit your information and resubmit the card as long as you have not yet been processed by an immigration officer.
So the question is not whether you can fix it. It is how, and by when. This guide covers the three routes (edit, refile, or ask whoever filed it to correct it) and the timing that makes each one straightforward.
If you are not sure how much your mistake matters, our guide on what happens if you enter wrong details on the e-Arrival Card explains which errors Immigration notices most.
The right route depends on how much of the card is wrong. A good rule: if the card still describes the right person, on the right passport, for the right trip, edit it. If any of those three is wrong, start again.
Moved your trip by more than a week? A new card has to be submitted within 7 days of the new arrival date. If the new date is still more than a week away, you will have to wait for the window to open again before filing.
Not confident editing it yourself, or short of time before your flight? You can apply online here and we will file a corrected card, checked against your passport, and email you the QR code.
If a travel agent, a tour operator, a family member or a filing service submitted your card, go back to them rather than editing it yourself. The reason is simple: you want one correct version of your card on record, and the person who filed it knows exactly what was submitted and how to reach it.
If you get your e-Arrival Card through us and a detail needs to change, contact our support team with what has changed. If Immigration flags a correction on a card we filed, resubmission is free, and we email you the QR code once it is done.

Officially, you can edit the card until you are processed by Immigration. In practice, the deadline to aim for is before you leave for the airport. Correcting a card at home is quick and calm. Correcting it on airport Wi-Fi during a connection, or in the arrivals hall on a phone at five per cent battery, is where a small fix turns into a stressful one.
If you realise at the desk that something on the card is wrong, say so straight away and show your passport. An officer who hears about a mistake from you is dealing with an honest error; one who discovers it is dealing with a question.
Most corrections come from a handful of avoidable slips. Filing a few days before you fly, once your flights have stopped moving, prevents most flight changes. Copying your name from the passport’s machine-readable lines, not from memory, prevents most name errors. Reading every date aloud catches swapped days and months.

And if the mistake you have found is on your visa rather than your card, that needs a different fix: a visa cannot be edited the way an e-Arrival Card can. If you still need a visa, you can apply for the Cambodia eVisa online.
