- Step 1 — Immigration counter. Hand the officer your passport with two printed copies of the eVisa PDF tucked inside. The officer keeps one copy and returns the other to you with your passport. Keep that returned copy in your passport for exit at the end of the trip. Cambodian Immigration does not accept the eVisa on a phone screen, even though some other Southeast Asian countries do. - Step 2 — Show your e-Arrival QR. The officer will ask for the QR code from your e-Arrival submission. Save the QR as a screenshot before you board the flight — the airport wifi at the immigration queue is unreliable and you do not want to be the person tapping refresh while the line backs up behind you.
- Step 3 — Typical queue time. Average end-to-end at the Immigration counter is 10–20 minutes at KTI. Off-peak you can be through in under 10. Visa-on-arrival passengers add another 30–60 minutes at the VoA booth on top of the same Immigration line.
